Teen Self-awareness Course

A mindfulness-based Self-awarness course for teens


This course will be delivered privately and in groups. It is a very practical course which, if done remotely requires the support of an adult to optimise its benefits. It is an integrated self-awareness guides uses mindfulness to help young people
